Thank you for shopping with iShop. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or international destinations at this time.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales events), processing times may extend slightly.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your order safely.

Standard Courier 2–5 business days Nationwide (non-rural)
Rural Delivery 3–7 business days Rural addresses may take longer

Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or courier network disruptions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

  • Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be advertised clearly on our website.

Additional Charges for Large or Bulky Items:
Some large, heavy, or oversized items may incur additional freight charges. These costs are not always reflected at checkout. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted before your order is processed to confirm and approve the updated quote.

Shipping Quotes for Certain Items:
Some products may require manual shipping quotes due to their size, weight, or delivery location. In such cases, we will provide you with a shipping estimate for approval prior to dispatch. Charges will only be applied once the quote is accepted.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
You can track your delivery status directly through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.


6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct.

iShop is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us promptly at support@ishopnz.co.nz, and we will assist you with an investigation through the courier company.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or services.
