Returns Policy
Effective Date: April 2025

At iShop, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging
    intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
    Note: Items that are returned opened, damaged, or not in original condition may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened earphones, headphones, or other hygiene-related products.
  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale",  "EOL", "Clearance" or similar.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide a description and photographic or video evidence of the damage.
  • Once assessed and approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return Address: Details will be provided after you contact us to initiate a return.
